Quality Control

At Rensino Abrasive Co., Ltd., quality control is integrated into every stage of manufacturing and order fulfillment. As an abrasive products manufacturer, we focus on consistent performance, reliable product construction, and clear conformity with customer requirements across abrasive belts, abrasive discs, abrasive rolls, sandpaper, abrasive wheels, mounted abrasives, non-woven abrasives, abrasive tools, specialty abrasives, and superabrasives.

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Materials and components are reviewed before they enter production. Our inspection activities are arranged according to the product specification and may include checks of abrasive grain, backing materials, bonding components, dimensions, surface condition, packaging materials, and other critical characteristics. Any material requiring clarification or further evaluation is handled in accordance with internal inspection procedures.

2. In-Process Quality Control

Production teams monitor key process parameters throughout converting, forming, bonding, assembly, and finishing operations. In-process checks help control product consistency and identify deviations at an early stage. Depending on the product type, attention may be given to belt joints, disc and roll dimensions, wheel formation, abrasive distribution, mounting accuracy, surface uniformity, and overall workmanship.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Finished products are inspected against applicable product specifications and internal quality requirements before release. Inspection may cover appearance, dimensions, product construction, labeling, quantity, and other characteristics relevant to intended use. For abrasive products, particular attention is given to uniformity, secure construction, clean finishing, and suitability for the customer’s application.

• Abrasive belts, discs, rolls, and sandpaper: backing condition, abrasive coverage, dimensions, joints, edges, and surface consistency.
• Abrasive wheels and mounted abrasives: shape, mounting condition, balance-related workmanship, surface quality, and dimensional conformity.
• Non-woven abrasives and abrasive tools: structure, form, finish, assembly quality, and consistency during use.
• Specialty abrasives and superabrasives: product-specific characteristics reviewed according to agreed specifications and application requirements.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Before shipment, products are checked to confirm that the quantity, model, size, specification, labels, and packaging correspond with the order details. Packaging is reviewed for product protection during handling and transportation, with consideration given to moisture, impact, abrasion, and other applicable risks. Shipping marks and accompanying documents are also verified when required by the customer or destination market.

5. Customer Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Quality-related comments and customer feedback are reviewed by the relevant teams so that potential causes can be assessed and appropriate corrective actions can be considered. Findings from inspections, production records, and customer communication support ongoing process improvement.
